عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّلَاحِ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ بَحْرُ بْنُ كُنَيْزٍ السَّقَّاءُ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling weapons during times of civil strife (fitnah).
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains Bahr bin Kunayz al-Saqqa', who is matruk (abandoned).
