بَابٌ أَسْرَعُ الْأَرْضِ خَرَابًا يُسْرَاهَا .
The quickest part of the earth to fall into ruin is its left side

عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَسْرَعُ الْأَرْضِ خَرَابًا يُسْرَاهَا ثُمَّ يُمْنَاهَا " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ صَبَاحٍ الرَّقِّيُّ وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The part of the earth that will be ruined most quickly is its left side, then its right side."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Hafs bin Umar bin Sabah al-Raqqi, whom Ibn Hibban declared thiqah (trustworthy), and the rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
