عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " انْصُرْ أَخَاكَ ظَالِمًا أَوْ مَظْلُومًا ، إِنْ كَانَ ظَالِمًا فَرُدَّهُ ، وَإِنْ كَانَ مَظْلُومًا فَخُذْ لَهُ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ مِنْ رِوَايَةِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ الْحِجَازِيِّينَ وَفِيهَا ضَعْفٌ .
Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or oppressed. If he is an oppressor, restrain him, and if he is oppressed, get him his right."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; it is a narration of Isma'il bin Ayyash from the people of Hijaz, and there is weakness in it.
