Majma al-Zawaid 12097 — The division of the nations and following

Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Children of Israel split into seventy-one groups, and the nights and days will not come to an end until my Ummah too splits into as many parts."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains Musa bin Ubaydah al-Rabadhi, who is da'if (weak).
