Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 11884

In one narration the words are: "There are three kinds of people from whom Allah Almighty will not accept any obligatory or voluntary worship." After that the narrator mentioned the hadith as before.
Al-Tabarani recorded it with two chains; the chain of one of them contains a narrator, Bishr bin Numayr, who is matruk (abandoned), and the chain of the other narration contains a narrator, Umar bin Yazid, who is da'if (weak).
