عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ أَبِي مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ - يُعْنَى ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ - بِالْخُنَّسِ الْجِوَارِ الْكُنَّسُ مَا هِيَ يَا عَمْرُو ؟ قَالَ : قُلْتُ : الْبَقَرُ . قَالَ : وَأَنَا أَرَى ذَلِكَ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
It is reported about Amr bin Shurahbil al-Hamdani Abu Maysarah that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) asked: "O Amr!
'Those that retreat, those that run their course and hide' [Al-Takwir: 15-16]
