بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَبِيتُ عَلَى طَهَارَةٍ .

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَنْ بَاتَ طَاهِرًا بَاتَ فِي شِعَارِهِ مَلَكٌ ، فَلَا يَسْتَيْقِظُ مِنْ لَيْلٍ إِلَّا قَالَ الْمَلَكُ : اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِعَبْدِكَ كَمَا بَاتَ طَاهِرًا " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ مَيْمُونُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، قَالَ الذَّهَبِيُّ : لَيَّنَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ . وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ ، قَالَ الذَّهَبِيُّ : يَرْوِي عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَسَاقَ لَهُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ ، وَقَالَ : لَا يَصِحُّ حَدِيثُهُ . قُلْتُ : قَدْ رَوَاهُ سُلَيْمَانُ الْأَحْوَلُ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَهُوَ مِنْ رِجَالِ الصَّحِيحِ ، كَذَلِكَ هُوَ عِنْدَ الْبَزَّارِ ، وَأَرْجُو أَنَّهُ حَسَنُ الْإِسْنَادِ . وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ حَدِيثُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبَسَةَ فِيمَنْ يَبِيتُ طَاهِرًا فِي الْبَابِ الَّذِي قَبْلَ هَذَا ، وَلَفْظُ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " طَهِّرُوا هَذِهِ الْأَجْسَادَ طَهَّرَكُمُ اللَّهُ ; فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ عَبْدٌ يَبِيتُ طَاهِرًا إِلَّا بَاتَ مَعَهُ مَلَكٌ فِي شِعَارِهِ ، لَا يَنْقَلِبُ سَاعَةً مِنَ اللَّيْلِ إِلَّا قَالَ : اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِعَبْدِكَ ; فَإِنَّهُ بَاتَ طَاهِرًا " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ مَيْمُونُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، قَالَ الذَّهَبِيُّ : لَيَّنَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ . وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ ، قَالَ الذَّهَبِيُّ : يَرْوِي عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَسَاقَ لَهُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ ، وَقَالَ : لَا يَصِحُّ حَدِيثُهُ . قُلْتُ : قَدْ رَوَاهُ سُلَيْمَانُ الْأَحْوَلُ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَهُوَ مِنْ رِجَالِ الصَّحِيحِ ، كَذَلِكَ هُوَ عِنْدَ الْبَزَّارِ ، وَأَرْجُو أَنَّهُ حَسَنُ الْإِسْنَادِ . وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ حَدِيثُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبَسَةَ فِيمَنْ يَبِيتُ طَاهِرًا فِي الْبَابِ الَّذِي قَبْلَ هَذَا ، وَلَفْظُ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " طَهِّرُوا هَذِهِ الْأَجْسَادَ طَهَّرَكُمُ اللَّهُ ; فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ عَبْدٌ يَبِيتُ طَاهِرًا إِلَّا بَاتَ مَعَهُ مَلَكٌ فِي شِعَارِهِ ، لَا يَنْقَلِبُ سَاعَةً مِنَ اللَّيْلِ إِلَّا قَالَ : اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِعَبْدِكَ ; فَإِنَّهُ بَاتَ طَاهِرًا " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever spends the night in a state of ablution, an angel also stays the night in his blanket; whenever that person wakes during the night, the angel says: O Allah! Forgive Your servant, for he spent the night in a state of ablution."
Imam al-Bazzar and Imam al-Tabarani (in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir) recorded this report. Its chain contains a narrator, Maymun bin Zayd; Imam al-Dhahabi says: Abu Hatim declared him weak (layyin). Imam al-Tabarani's chain contains a narrator, al-Abbas bin Utbah; Imam al-Dhahabi says: he narrates from Ata', and he cited this hadith through this narrator and said: the hadith he narrates is not authentic. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say:
Sulayman al-Ahwal narrated this report from Ata', and he is one of the narrators of the "Sahih". Imam al-Bazzar
recorded this report in the same way, so I hope that it is "hasan" (good) in terms of its chain. Before this, the hadith of Sayyiduna Amr bin Abasah (may Allah be pleased with him) has passed concerning the person who spends the night in a state of ablution; that hadith passed in the chapter before this one. The wording of Imam al-Tabarani's report is: "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Keep your bodies pure! Allah Almighty will purify you. Whoever spends the night in a state of ablution, an angel spends the night with him in his blanket; whenever that person gets up (or turns over) during the night, that angel says: O Allah! Forgive Your servant! For he spent the night in a state of ablution."
