Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 11456

Sa'id bin Jubayr narrates: I asked Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) about this saying of Allah Almighty, Allah Almighty says: "Woe to you, and then woe!" Is this something the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, or something Allah Almighty revealed? Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said it, and Allah Almighty also revealed it."
Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
