Surah al-Anbiya (peace be upon them), and the words of Allah the Exalted: "And We gave him his family and the like of them with them"

عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ مُزَاحِمٍ قَالَ : بَلَغَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّ مَرْوَانَ يَقُولُ : وَآتَيْنَاهُ أَهْلَهُ وَمِثْلَهُمْ مَعَهُمْ قَالَ : أُتِيَ أَهْلًا غَيْرَ أَهْلِهِ . فَقَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ : أُتِيَ بِأَهْلِهِ بِأَعْيَانِهِمْ وَمِثْلِهِمْ مَعَهُمْ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ مُنْقَطِعٌ ، وَيَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ضَعِيفٌ .
Dahhak bin Muzahim narrated: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) was informed that Marwan says about the verse: "We gave him his family and the like of them along with them (in addition)." Marwan says: The family he was given was other than his former family. Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: He was given his former family themselves, and more along with them.
Tabarani recorded it; its chain is munqati' (broken), and the narrator Yahya al-Himmani is da'if (weak).
