Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 11072

Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I said: "O Messenger of Allah! I see that your hair is quickly turning white." He said: "Surah al-Waqi'ah, Surah 'Amma yatasa'alun and Surah al-Takwir have turned my hair white."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih. A narration of this kind will also come later in the chapter on Surah al-Waqi'ah.
Imam Abu Ya'la recorded it, but the narrator named Ikrimah did not live in the time of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), and he recorded these additional words: "and Surah Hud."
