وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : وَلِلرَّابِعِ الدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةً .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَفِيهِ حَنَشٌ وَثَّقَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

In one narration the wording is: "The fourth will receive the full blood money."
Ahmad recorded it. Its chain contains Hanash, whom Abu Dawud declared thiqah (trustworthy), though there is weakness in him, and the rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
