عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوهَا مَعَهُ " . رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ ، وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever commits indecency with an animal, kill that person, and kill the animal along with him."
Abu Ya'la recorded it; its chain contains Muhammad bin Amr bin Alqamah, whose hadith is hasan (good), and the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
