عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " يَوْمٌ مِنْ إِمَامٍ عَادِلٍ خَيْرٌ مِنْ عِبَادَةِ سِتِّينَ سَنَةً ، وَحَدٌّ يُقَامُ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِحَقِّهِ أَزْكَى مِنْ مَطَرِ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَقَالَ : لَا يُرْوَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ، وَفِيهِ زُرَيْقُ بْنُ السَّخْتِ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَقَالَ : لَا يُرْوَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ، وَفِيهِ زُرَيْقُ بْنُ السَّخْتِ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both): The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "One day of a just ruler is better than sixty years of worship, and a single hadd punishment established in the land is a greater source of purity for the land than forty days of rain."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and he says: It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) only with this chain. Its chain contains Zurayq bin al-Sakht, and I do not know him.
