Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 101

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Islam has three hundred and thirteen laws (shari'ahs). Each one of these laws is such that whoever presents himself before Allah Almighty with it will enter Paradise."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat with a chain that contains a narrator named Ubaydullah bin Zahr, and he is da'if (weak).
