وَعَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ : شَهِدَ أَخِي ثَعْلَبَةُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ بَدْرًا ، وَقُتِلَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ وَلَمْ يَعْقُبْ ، رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْمُهَيْمِنِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ؛ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: My brother Tha'labah bin Sa'd took part in the battle of Badr, and he drank the cup of martyrdom in the battle of Uhud; he had no children.
