Sunan Ibn Majah 2674 — Offences For Which There Is No Liability
حَدَّثَنَا أَبو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ " .
´Khathir bin 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin 'Awf narrated that his grandfather said:` “I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'The injuries cause by the beast are without liability, and mines are without liability.”
