Sunan Ibn Majah 1538 — What was narrated concerning the prayers
حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي سَهْلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَكِّيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَبُو السَّكَنِ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " صَلَّى عَلَى النَّجَاشِيِّ فَكَبَّرَ أَرْبَعًا " .
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet (ﷺ) offered the funeral prayer for Najashi and said four Takbir.
