بَابُ مَنِ انْتَسَبَ إِلَى آبَائِهِ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ وَالْجَاهِلِيَّةِ:
Chapter. Whoever related kinship to his forefathers either in Islam or in the Pre-Islamic Period of Ignorance.
Sahih Bukhari 3526 — Whoever related kinship to his forefathers either
وَقَالَ لَنَا قَبِيصَةُ : أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ وَأَنْذِرْ عَشِيرَتَكَ الأَقْرَبِينَ سورة الشعراء آية 214 جَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدْعُوهُمْ قَبَائِلَ قَبَائِلَ " .
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: When the Verse:-- 'And warn your tribe of near kindred' (26.214). was revealed, the Prophet started calling every tribe by its name.
