Al-Muntaqa Ibn al-Jarud 96 — Major ritual impurity and purification

Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that he met the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). At that time, Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) was in a state of janabah. He says: I went back, performed ghusl, and returned. The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked: Where did you go? He replied: I was in a state of janabah. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: A Muslim does not become impure.
