Al-Muntaqa Ibn al-Jarud 810 — Punishment for fornicator, married
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ ، قَالَ : ثنا هُشَيْمُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ ، أنا مَنْصُورٌ ، عَنِ الحَسَنِ ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " خُذُوا عَنِّي ، قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلا الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ ثُمَّ الرَّجْمُ ، وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَيُنْفَيَانِ عَامًا " .
Sayyiduna Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Learn from me, Allah Almighty has made a way out for those (adulterous) women. If a married man commits adultery with a married woman, he will be given one hundred lashes, then stoned to death. And if an unmarried boy commits adultery with an unmarried girl, he will be given one hundred lashes and exiled for one year.
