Al-Muntaqa Ibn al-Jarud 678 — Marriage
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ ، قَالَ : ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُوسَى ، قَالَ : أنا زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا يَنْبَغِي لامْرَأَةٍ أَنْ تَشْتَرِطَ طَلاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْفَأَ إِنَاءَهَا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It is not appropriate for a woman to stipulate the divorce of her (Muslim) sister so that she may pour out her vessel.
