Al-Muntaqa Ibn al-Jarud 415 — Rites of pilgrimage
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْعَطَّارُ ، قَالَ : أَنَا عُبَيْدَةُ ، قَالَ : أَنَا مَنْصُورٌ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، قَالَتْ : " كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى وَبِيصِ الطِّيبِ فِي مَفْرِقِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ " .
Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says: It is as if I am seeing the shine of fragrance applied in the parting of the hair of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and at that time he was in the state of Ihram.
