أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ وَهْبٍ ، حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بِلالٍ ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ الْوَاحِدِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave a verdict based on an oath and one witness.
