Brief Explanation
He says that when you touch my garment or I touch your garment, the sale will become binding. Some have defined it as feeling the goods from behind a cloth without looking at them; in this way, the sale takes place. Making the act of throwing (the garment) a cause for the occurrence of the sale, such that one says, "I am throwing my garment towards you for ten dirhams," and the other catches it. Or he says, "I am selling you this item for such-and-such amount on the condition that when I throw it towards you, the sale will become binding and the option (of cancellation) will end."
