Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that Fatima bint Qais does not fear Allah. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) was referring to her statement (that it is not necessary to provide maintenance and residence to a woman who has been irrevocably divorced) (who says that a woman upon whom an irrevocable divorce has been pronounced is not entitled to residence and maintenance).

Brief Explanation
The complete story has been recorded by Imam Muslim in his Sahih. Abu Bakr bin Jahm narrates that I heard from Fatimah bint Qays, who says: My husband, Abu Amr bin Hafs, sent me a divorce notice, and along with it, he sent five sa’ (a measure) of dates and five sa’ of barley. I said, “Is this my maintenance, and am I not even allowed to spend my waiting period (‘iddah) in your house?” He said, “No.” She says: I took my clothes and came to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam asked, “How many divorces have taken place?” I said, “It is the third divorce.” He said, “Then he has spoken the truth; there is no maintenance or provision for you, and you should spend your waiting period with your paternal cousin, Ibn Umm Maktum, because he is blind, and when you remove your clothes and such, you will not be troubled.” And when your waiting period is over, inform me. She says: Many people sent me proposals, among whom were Mu’awiyah and Abu Jahm. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, “Mu’awiyah is a poor man; he has no wealth. As for Abu Jahm, he beats women excessively. So do this: marry Usamah bin Zayd.” (Murattib rahimahullah)
Narrator of the hadith: Sayyidah Fatimah radi Allahu anha bint Qays radi Allahu anha is the sister of Dahhak bin Qays. She is among the Muhajirat (female emigrants).
