Brief Explanation
By "Muhajir" is meant those Muslims who migrated from Makkah to Madinah. For them, before the conquest of Makkah, there was a temporary ruling that when they came for Hajj, after performing Hajj, they should stay in Makkah for three days and then return to Madinah. After the conquest of Makkah, this ruling was abrogated. (Raaz)

Narrator of the hadith: Sayyiduna Alaa bin Abdullah radi Allahu anhu was a resident of Hadhramaut. He was among the Muhajirun. He passed away in 21 Hijri. The one who narrates from him is Saib bin Yazid.
