1301 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ: كُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every intoxicating thing that is drunk is forbidden."

Brief Explanation
This hadith is evidence that khamr (wine/intoxicating drink), whether in small or large quantity, is absolutely haram (forbidden), whether it intoxicates or not. However, other beverages besides this are only declared haram when they cause intoxication. (Murattib)
