عَنْ سَلَامِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ يَعْنِي عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ مَا أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ فَقَلِيلُهُ حَرَامٌ
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Every intoxicating substance is forbidden, and whatever causes intoxication, even its small amount is forbidden.
