بَابُ فِي أَيِّ شَيْءٍ تَكُونُ الشُّفْعَةُ وَلِمَنْ تَكُونُ

عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ عَلِيًّا وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا يَقُولَانِ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْجِوَارِ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali and Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave judgment on the basis of the right of the neighbor.
