عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْحَقْلِ قَالَ الْحَكْمُ وَالْحَقْلُ الثُّلُثُ وَالرُّبُعُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi’ bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade giving land on sharecropping, that is, on the condition of receiving a third or a fourth of the produce.
