Al-Fath ar-Rabbani 5522 — on the Manner of Lying Down for Sleep, What

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bara’ bin ‘Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Messenger of Allah intended to sleep, he would place his right hand under his head and recite this supplication: “Allahumma qini ‘adhabaka yawma tajma‘u ‘ibadaka” (O Allah! Protect me from Your punishment on the Day when You gather Your servants).
