Al-Fath ar-Rabbani 504 — on What One Says When Entering and Leaving

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zaid bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the devils are present in these places of purification, so when any person enters them, he should recite this supplication: «اللّٰہُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ» … O Allah! Indeed, I seek refuge with You from male and female evil jinn."
