Hadith 4754

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَسَمَّوْا بِي وَفِي لَفْظٍ بِاسْمِي وَلَا تَكَنَّوْا بِكُنْيَتِي أَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Name yourselves after me, but do not take my kunya. I am Abu al-Qasim.
