عَنْ أُمِّ قَيْسٍ بِنْتِ مِحْصَنٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِابْنٍ لِي لَمْ يَطْعَمْ فَبَالَ عَلَيْهِ فَدَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَرَشَّهُ عَلَيْهِ
It is narrated from Sayyida Umm Qais bint Mihsan (may Allah be pleased with her), she says: I went to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) carrying a child who had not yet started eating food. The child urinated on the Prophet (peace be upon him), so he (peace be upon him) called for water and sprinkled it over the affected area.
