بَابُ طَوَافِ الْقُدُومِ وَالرَّمَلِ وَالِاضْطِبَاعِ فِيهِ

Al-Fath ar-Rabbani 4336 — Tawaf of Arrival, Raml, and Idtiba‘ in It
(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَصْحَابَهُ اعْتَمَرُوا مِنْ جِعْرَانَةَ فَرَمَلُوا بِالْبَيْتِ ثَلَاثًا وَمَشَوْا أَرْبَعًا
(Second chain) The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) and the Companions performed ‘Umrah from Ji‘irrana, and while circumambulating the House of Allah, they performed ramal (brisk walking) in the first three circuits and walked at a normal pace in the remaining four circuits.
