عَنْ مَسْعُودِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ (الزُّرَقِيِّ) الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ حُذَافَةَ السَّهْمِيَّ أَنْ يَرْكَبَ رَاحِلَتَهُ أَيَّامَ مِنًى فَيَصِيحُ فِي النَّاسِ: ((لَا يَصُمَنَّ أَحَدٌ فَإِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ))، قَالَ: فَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُهُ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ يُنَادِي بِذَلِكَ
A companion of the Messenger says: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Hudhafah Sahmi, may Allah be pleased with him, to mount his ride during the days of Mina and announce loudly that no person should fast on these days because these are days of eating and drinking. Then I saw him mounted on his ride making this announcement.
