(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: أَدُّوا صَاعًا مِنْ قَمْحٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ بُرٍّ وَشَكَّ حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ كُلِّ اثْنَيْنِ صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى حُرٍّ أَوْ مَمْلُوكٍ، غَنِيٍّ أَوْ فَقِيرٍ، أَمَّا غَنِيُّكُمْ فَيُزَكِّيهِ اللَّهُ وَأَمَّا فَقِيرُكُمْ، فَيَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا يُعْطِي
(Second chain) The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Give one sa’ of wheat as Sadaqat al-Fitr on behalf of every small and great, man and woman, free and slave, and rich and poor among you. As for the rich, Allah Almighty will purify him, and as for the poor, Allah Almighty (through other people) will return to him more than what he gave in charity."
