Al-Fath ar-Rabbani 2753 — on bathing for Friday, beautifying oneself
(وَعَنْ أَوْسِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ ’’وَفِي لَفْظٍ: ’’إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ فَغَسَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ رَأْسَهُ وَاغْتَسَلَ ثُمَّ غَدَا،‘‘ الْخَ))
