بَابُ سَفَرِ النِّسَاءِ وَالرِّفْقِ بِهِنَّ وَالْأَقْرَاعِ بَيْنَهُنَّ لِأَجْلِ السَّفَرِ وَعَدَمِ سَفَرِهِنَّ بِدُونِ
Chapter on Women Traveling, Kindness to Them, Drawing Lots Among Them for Travel, and Not Traveling Without a Mahram
Al-Fath ar-Rabbani 2341 — on Women Traveling, Kindness to Them
(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَالِثٍ) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تُسَافِرُ امْرَأَةٌ مَسِيرَةَ يَوْمٍ تَامٍّ إِلَّا مَعَ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ
(The third chain) The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: No woman should travel the distance of a full day except with a mahram. v
