عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي يَلْتَفِتُ يَمِينًا وَشِمَالًا وَلَا يَلْوِي عُنُقَهُ خَلْفَ ظَهْرِهِ
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would glance to the right and left during prayer, but he would not turn his neck towards his back.
