The Book of Hellfire and Paradise
عُمُقهَا وَأَوْدِيَتهَا وَآلَاتُ الْعَذَابِ فِيهَا نَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنْهَا
Its depth, valleys, and instruments of punishment therein; we seek refuge with Allah from it
Al-Fath ar-Rabbani 13209 — Its depth, valleys, and instruments
وَعَنْهُ أَيْضًا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ”لَوْ أَنَّ مِقْمَعًا مِنْ حَدِيدٍ وُضِعَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَاجْتَمَعَ لَهُ الثَّقَلَانِ مَا أَقَلُّوهُ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If an iron mace is placed on the earth and all the jinn and mankind gather to lift it, they still will not be able to lift it.
