بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي فَضْل مَسْجِد قباء وَالصَّلَاةِ فِيهِ وَمَا جَاءَ فِي مَسْجِدِ الْفَضِيحُ
Chapter regarding what has come about the virtue of the Quba Mosque, prayer in it, and what has come about the Mosque of al-Fadih
Al-Fath ar-Rabbani 12702 — regarding what has come about the virtue
عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ”مَنْ خَرَجَ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ هَذَا الْمَسْجِدَ يَعْنِي مَسْجِدَ قُبَاءَ فَيُصَلِّيَ فِيهِ كَانَ كَعَدْلِ عُمْرَةٍ“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Hunaif (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever leaves his house and goes to Masjid Quba and performs prayer there, this act is equal to an ‘Umrah.
