عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ ”إِنَّ هَذَا الْحَيَّ مِنْ مُضَرَ لَا تَدَعُ لِلَّهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ عَبْدًا صَالِحًا إِلَّا فَتَنَتْهُ وَأَهْلَكَتْهُ حَتَّى يُدْرِكَهَا اللَّهُ بِجُنُودٍ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ فَيُذِلَّهَا حَتَّى لَا تَمْنَعَ ذَنَبَ تَلْعَةٍ“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hudhayfah bin Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: This tribe of Mudar will cast the righteous people on earth into tribulations and will destroy them, until Allah seizes them through the armies of His servants and will afflict them with humiliation and disgrace, and they will remain humiliated and disgraced.
