عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ قَالَ خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ دَخَلَ وَنَحْنُ تِسْعَةٌ وَبَيْنَنَا وِسَادَةٌ مِنْ أَدَمٍ فَقَالَ ”إِنَّهَا سَتَكُونُ بَعْدِي أُمَرَاءُ يَكْذِبُونَ وَيَظْلِمُونَ فَمَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَصَدَّقَهُمْ بِكِذْبِهِمْ“ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ka’b bin ‘Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came to us; we were nine men, and there was a leather cushion placed among us. He said: “Soon after me, there will come rulers who will lie and commit injustice. Whoever goes to them and affirms their lies…” Then words similar to the previous narration were mentioned. The apparent reason for the dropping of the indicative noon in the imperfect verb is not visible (Researcher, Musnad). (Abdullah Rafiq)
