Al-Fath ar-Rabbani 11867 — on What Has Been Narrated Regarding Amr ibn
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ”ابْنَا الْعَاصِ مُؤْمِنَانِ عَمْرٌو وَهِشَامٌ“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, said: Both sons of ‘As, ‘Amr and Hisham, are among the people of faith.

Benefits: … Both of them embraced Islam of their own accord; Sayyiduna Hisham attained the honor of martyrdom at Ajnadayn.
