عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ جَارًا لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَارِسِيًّا كَانَ طَيِّبَ الْمَرَقِ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ كَانَتْ مَرَقَتُهُ أَطْيَبَ شَيْءٍ رِيحًا فَصَنَعَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ جَاءَهُ يَدْعُوهُ فَقَالَ ”وَهَذِهِ لِعَائِشَةَ“ فَقَالَ لَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ”لَا“ ثُمَّ عَادَ يَدْعُوهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ”وَهَذِهِ“ قَالَ لَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ”وَهَذِهِ“ قَالَ نَعَمْ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ فَقَامَا يَتَدَافَعَانِ حَتَّى أَتَيَا مَنْزِلَهُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had a neighbor who was from Persia, and he used to make a very good kind of soup. (In another narration, the words are that the soup he prepared was extremely delicious.) He prepared soup for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), then came to invite him. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "And what about this one (i.e., Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her)? (Should I bring her along?)" He said: "No." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) asked again: "And this Aisha?" He said: "No." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) asked again: "And this Aisha?" This time he said: "Yes." After that, both of them happily went to his house.
