عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ بَيْنَا رَجُلٌ يَمْشِي بَيْنَ بُرْدَيْنِ مُخْتَالًا خَسَفَ اللَّهُ بِهِ الْأَرْضَ فَهُوَ يَتَجَلْجَلُ فِيهَا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A man was walking arrogantly, having adorned himself with two garments, when Allah Almighty caused the earth to swallow him, and he will continue to sink into the earth until the Day of Resurrection.
