حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ الْقَطَّانُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلاَّمٍ قَالَ: سَمَّانِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُوسُفَ، وَأَقْعَدَنِي عَلَى حِجْرِهِ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى رَأْسِي.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Yusuf bin Abdullah bin Salam (may Allah be pleased with him), he says that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) named me Yusuf, and seated me in his lap, and passed his hand over my head.
