حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ،حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ مِثْلَهُ ، قَالَ : عَلَى خَيْرِ طَائِرٍ ، فَسَلَّمَتْنِي إِلَيْهِنَّ ، فَغَسَلْنَ رَأْسِي وَأَصْلَحْنَنِي فَلَمْ يَرُعْنِي إِلَّا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ضُحًى ، فَأَسْلَمْنَنِي إِلَيْهِ .
Narrated Abu Usamah: The tradition mentioned above (No. 4915) has also been transmitted by Abu Usamah in a similar manner through a different chain of narrators. This version has: "With good fortune. " She (Umm Ruman) entrusted me to them. They washed my head and redressed me. No one came to me suddenly except the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the forenoon. So they entrusted me to him.
