Sunan Abu Dawud 3725 — When should the one who is serving water drink?
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُخْتَارِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " سَاقِي الْقَوْمِ آخِرُهُمْ شُرْبًا " .
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abu Awfa: The Prophet ﷺ said: The supplier of the people is the last (man) to drink.
